Who we are, and why this group exists:

We started Sirona Counseling with a couple of values we thought were overlooked by other organizations. One is that our environment is a huge factor in our lives and anyone providing therapy should prioritize a comfortable and inviting space. The second value is that we should be selective in choosing the therapists who will work under our brand…we’re trying to build something that gets more people to therapy and provide them with a positive experience. It’s important to us to empower individuals to seek therapy and work on their goals.

What sets us apart?

At Sirona Counseling we are all fully licensed clinical therapists. There are no associate level or freshly graduated therapists here. Many, if not most, other groups employ therapists who are still learning and need supervision and have yet to take their full clinical exam. Each of our therapists is their own practice and they each run their practice how they see fit. Giving licensed professionals the freedom to practice in their own way within the guidelines of our field and focus creates a sense of agency and empowerment.

For Clinical Therapists looking to join us:

We are a small private group that values supporting one another and working together. We only take on fully licensed clinicians. All new therapists benefit from the resource of several other clinicians with varied levels of experience and areas of expertise. We choose to support one another.
